I can't find my Tickets?

We have a couple of ways to recover your tickets..

1. Click the LOST TICKETS Menu and enter your email address you booked your tickets with and the last ticket order with us will be sent to your inbox. Here is the link www.eventtixx.com.au/recover-tickets.

2. Two (2) days before your event date we will send you a reminder email with a link to your tickets.

3.  At anytime you can log into your account and view your order history and print your tickets. You can also save the .pdf of your tickets to your phone or computer for future reference.

Can I get a refund?

Our Ticketing Terms and Conditions stipulate no Refund or Exchange on any Ticket or Booking Fee will be given except in accordance with the applicable Live Performance Australia code of practice for Event Ticketing www.liveperformance.com.au. If your event is an all-weather event No refunds will be made should you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.

There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you are or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the Event.

How do I update my details?

Login to your account and click on “edit details”

I can't remember my password.

FROM A MOBILE/IPAD
On your mobile click the menu bars at the top left hand side
Click 'MY ACCOUNT'
Next Select 'LOG IN' from the pull down menu
Next click 'Forgotten my password
Next enter your email address and we will send an email straight away to reset your password.

FROM DESKTOP COMPUTER
Top right Hand corner is MY ACCOUNT Click the menu bars at the top left hand side
Next Click 'LOG IN'
Next click 'Forgotten my password
Next enter your email address and we will send an email straight away to reset your password.
